Leisure Mooring Agreements – Crown Estate Scotland

What is it: 

A Leisure Mooring Agreement is a legal agreement from Crown Estate Scotland whereby Crown foreshore or seabed is occupied by a third party (a 'tenant') for the mooring of boats by private individuals for leisure use, provided all other required permissions are gained.
