06973 – Demolition of Jetties and Construction of Heavy Lift Quay

The Licensing Operations Team of Marine Scotland (MS-LOT) is the licensing authority, on behalf of Scottish Ministers, which determines applications for ‘marine licences’ under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010.

An applicant has approached MS-LOT to seek a marine licence, further details can be found in the documentation.

Should you have any comments on the application, we would be grateful if they could be sent to us in an electronic format at ms.marinelicensing@gov.scot by 02 October 2019

Please note that while there is an EIA report attached in the documents below, this was submitted in support of the applicant’s planning application submission to Dunbartonshire Council.  The marine licence application is not subject to EIA. The EIA report and the mitigation measures contained within it are however referenced in the application form for the marine licensing process and it is therefore necessary to replicate the EIA report in order to inform the current application.
